We are currently looking for a family lawyer with 1-5 years of experience to join our succesful boutique family law firm in Guelph or Milton.

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a generous incentive program based on billable targets that foster a healthy work/life balance. Please note that there is the possibility of some remote work to be done in this position. However, the majority of time will be spent in either our Milton or Guelph office location, or in an Ontario court.

The successful candidate will have:

1-5 years Family Law experience

Experience in division of assets and separation agreements

Experience with custody disputes

Strong litigation, drafting,



negotiation and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

Strong interpersonal skills

Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision
