We are looking for a Project Manager for a 1 year contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.

The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. This role works with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project plans, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and action items.
- Prepare status reports and project updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support communication and collaboration across project teams.
- Maintain project documentation and management tools.
- Assist with financial and resource reporting.




- Support smaller projects and gradually take ownership of project delivery.
- Identify process improvements and help maintain project management standards.

Qualifications
- Education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant project or coordination experience.
- Solid organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools is an asset.
- CAPM or PMP pursuit is considered an asset.
