Hi! Im Michelle, and my partner Josh and I are looking for a caring, reliable nanny to help care for our daughter starting in November 2026, as Ill be returning to work in December. I work MondayFriday in the courts, while Josh is a nurse and works a 4-days-on, 5-days-off schedule.

Because of his rotating schedule, we dont need traditional MondayFriday childcare. We do, however, have a set schedule for the days well need care, which Id be happy to discuss with prospective nannies. Were hoping to find someone who is warm, trustworthy, responsible, and enjoys spending time with children.

Ideally, wed love to find someone who can become a familiar and trusted part of our daughters routine and our family. We would also appreciate someone who is able to provide light housekeeping responsibilities and meal prep if possible.
