Were a family of five in Cambridge, Ontario, with three young children, ages 6, 3, and 2. Were looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help with the kids primarily after school and during evenings. We need someone who is comfortable caring for three young children, helping with snacks or meals, keeping them engaged with age-appropriate activities, and following their usual routines.
Our middle child is still developing his communication skills and may need a little extra patience with transitions and following instructions. He does best with transparent, simple directions and a calm, consistent routine. Were happy to explain his routine and what works best for him.
Were hoping to find someone dependable who can become a familiar and trusted part of our family. Flexibility with occasional evening needs would be appreciated.
