The BIM Coordinator will support the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract (“EGS”) of The Ontario Line ("OL"). The Primary Construction Team for this project consists of ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada Inc. (ACCIONA) and Amico Major Projects Inc. (Amico), as Trillium Guideway Partners (TGP).

As a BIM Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a coordinated, data-rich BIM environment across design, construction, handover, and asset information management.

The role combines model coordination, information quality assurance, and asset data validation, including the review and validation of the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) requirements against Revit model parameters, controlled project references, submitted asset data, and project information standards. The BIM Coordinator will help ensure that models are not only geometrically coordinated but also structured, attributable, and reliable for subsequent reporting, acceptance, and operations.

Responsibilities

- Model Coordination: Coordinate discipline models, support federated model reviews, identify coordination issues, and communicate model changes to design, construction, and digital delivery stakeholders.
- Asset Data Validation: Validate Revit asset parameters against MMIS requirements, submitted Asset Data Collection Form (ADCF), and project data standards. Identify missing, inconsistent, or noncompliant asset data before handover.
- Data Quality Assurance: Run structured checks on Asset Information and track validation outcomes.
- Automation and Reporting: Support automated Revit exports, validation routines, Power BI-ready data outputs, and dashboards that compare asset information found in the model against asset information submitted through the ADCF process.




- Documentation and Governance: Maintain clear records of validation rules, issue logs, source references, model revisions, exception reports, and corrective actions in line with project information management procedures.
- Stakeholder Support: Work with design teams, construction teams, asset information leads, and document control to resolve data gaps, confirm approved sources, and improve the quality of digital deliverables.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Digital construction, or a related field.
- Experience working as a BIM Coordinator, VDC Coordinator, Digital Delivery Coordinator, or similar role on large infrastructure, rail, civil, or transportation projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, ProjectWise, Asite, Procore, SharePoint, or similar project information platforms.
- Ability to validate model parameters and asset data against structured information requirements, ADCF templates, controlled reference data, and project naming or classification rules.
- Understanding of BIM Execution Plan requirements, ISO 19650-aligned information management, common data environments, model federation, and issue tracking workflows.
- Experience preparing validation summaries, dashboards, discrepancy reports, and action registers for design, construction, digital delivery,



and asset information stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to support teams in resolving both model coordination and data-quality issues
