We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our team at a busy bottle depot in a rural community.

Responsibilities

- Receive and sort bottles, cans, and recyclable containers
- Count and organize recyclable materials accurately
- Assist customers with their bottle returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Load and unload bags, boxes, and recycling materials
- Operate basic equipment as required
- Handle cash and customer transactions accurately
- Follow all health, safety, and depot procedures
- Perform other general duties as required

Requirements

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a physical environment
- Able to lift and move bags/boxes of recyclables
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous bottle depot, warehouse, retail,



or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
