Role Description The Brand Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based at Applewood Nissan Langley in Langley, BC. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reception duties, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience from arrival to departure. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries in person and by phone, coordinating test drive appointments and reservations, and guiding visitors through dealership services and amenities.

This role represents the Applewood Nissan Langley brand with a friendly, knowledgeable presence that helps customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and concierge services skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Experience handling reservations and scheduling, including coordinating test drives and appointments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Receptionist duties experience, such as answering phones, managing a front desk, and directing inquiries.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and dealership-related software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, or retail customer service is an asset.
- Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required, and the ability to stand and move around the showroom for extended periods.
