This full-time role is ideal for recent engineers who are enthusiastic about safety, compliance, and effective team management. Over 24 months, you will develop leadership skills while networking with IKO executives and gaining hands-on manufacturing experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production shifts focusing on compliance and safety
- Inspire and motivate production teams for improved outcomes




- Conduct team discussions and drive engagement
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance reporting
- Implement and champion safety programs and training Requirements:
- Recent or senior graduate in Engineering preferred
- Solid background in leadership
- Proficient in MS Excel and other software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
