Alliance Maintenance is seeking a Building Manager to be the primary point of contact for building issues and emergencies at residential strata properties in Metro Vancouver. You will report to the Strata Council and Property Manager, ensuring safety, security, and smooth daily operations.

The role includes coordinating trades, managing admin tasks, and supporting move-ins/move-outs with on-site responsibilities. Flexible hours exist for emergencies, with in office training provided.
