Alliance Technical Group is growing and looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our business across Western Canada. If you enjoy opening doors, understanding client needs, and closing opportunities in industrial or environmental markets, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and consultants
- Represent Alliance at industry events and trade shows
- Partner with our operations and technical teams to win projects
- Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline and follow through on opportunities

What You Bring:

- 3–5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in industrial, technical, or environmental services
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- The initiative to develop a territory and pursue new opportunities
