Our client has an exciting hybrid (GTA) Technical Support Analyst role with a salary band of $85,000 - $105,000.

Job Specs

Own and support the operational reliability and readiness of business-critical technology services across on-premise and cloud environments. You will monitor production services, coordinate incident response, strengthen business continuity and access management practices, and improve operational controls, governance, and vendor service performance.

Your skillset

Solid knowledge of IT service management practices, including ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management, with experience supporting business-critical technology services.

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, including operational reporting, service-level monitoring, and production support processes.

Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery,



and operational resilience practices, including business impact assessments, continuity planning, and resilience testing.

Experience with Identity and Access Management processes and controls, alongside exposure to operational risk, audit/compliance, and third-party technology vendor management.
