This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Chair side assisting with Orthodontist for orthodontic procedures
- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
- Take intra-oral photo records and radiographs.
- Perform Invisalign scans.
- Ability to take impressions
- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols




- Confidence with providing oral health education to our patients and families.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice. Such as administrative and marketing (social media) tasks.

The Teammate We’re Looking For

- Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
- NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status (asset)
- HARP certification.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build robust relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
- Robust conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
