Assistants play a crucial role in our practice's success and in creating a unique company culture that enhances the patient experience.

Role details:

- Job Type: Full Time (3-month contract with possibility of extension)
- Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, and Weekends
- Wage: $25 - $30/hr

What you'll do:

- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
- Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
- Assist in Implants, Extractions, Bone grafts, and root canals.

What you'll bring to the role:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred 1 + years)




- Certification as a Level II Dental Assistant
- Robust verbal and written communication skills; you're as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; you're comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
- Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience is a bonus!
- Evening and weekend availability. The clinic is open 7 days a week: Mon-Fri - 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Sat-Sun - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- HARP and CPR certified.
- IPAC and WHMIS certification is an asset but not required.
- Itero Scanning is an asset
