Store Location:

- Chatime Bloor Christie (677 Bloor St West, Toronto)

Responsibilities:

- Craft beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash
- Interact with customers in positive and friendly manner, and use effective problem solving to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain inventory by replenishing products and supplies when needed
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure a consistently clean and well-maintained store, including all front and back areas
- Adhere to the cleaning procedures and operating checklists
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills and ability to confidently interact with customers
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
- Ability to remain self-motivated,



organized, and calm under fast-paced pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to understand, follow, and adhere to procedures
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Experience as a team lead or overseeing staff responsibilities and store operations (bonus!)
- Must be available for evening/closing shifts and weekends (until 11:45pm-12:15am closing shifts)
