Role Description The Cleaning Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role oversees cleaning staff, assigns daily tasks, and ensures commercial facilities are maintained to company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include inspecting work areas, monitoring supply inventory, coordinating schedules, and providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members.

The Cleaning

Supervisor also enforces health and safety procedures, reports maintenance issues, and communicates effectively with clients and management to address service needs and improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.




- Candidates should possess commercial cleaning skills, including knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products for various facility types.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff, clients, and management.
- Candidates should possess health & safety knowledge, including adherence to workplace safety regulations and safe handling of cleaning materials.
- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities services, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sites or teams.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations in Calgary and surrounding areas, if needed.
