We run Meta ads, build funnels, and lead strategy for high-ticket businesses, B2B and B2C. Our partners have included clients like Tai Lopez, XIT CPA, Luke Belmar / Capital Club, and Qera Marketing. We're hiring one Client Success Manager to own client relationships and run the fulfillment team behind them.

This is the role that decides whether a client renews or churns. If that sounds like pressure, it is. If it sounds like the job where your work actually moves the number, read on.

What you'll do

You're the client's main point of contact and the person keeping our designers and video editors moving in one direction, at a standard the client can feel. You report to the strategist. He sets the direction for each client. You make it happen, hold the line on it with the client, and catch problems before they become fires.

A normal week

- Run client calls and written updates. Keep the relationship honest and ahead of problems — clients should hear about issues from you, not discover them.
- Brief and manage designers and video editors. Set the spec, check the work, ship it when it's right.
- Turn the strategist's plan into tasks, deadlines, and follow-up the client can see.
- Write when needed: client emails, ad copy edits, landing page tweaks, follow-up sequences. Fix copy yourself, don't just request fixes.
- Work inside our GoHighLevel setup: pipelines, workflows, calendars, reporting.
- Work inside clients' Meta ad accounts and make tweaks when the strategist calls them.

What you need

- 2+ years client-facing work at an agency running lead generation through paid ads
- Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) and Meta Ads Manager experience — you've worked in both, not watched tutorials on them
- Clear, neutral, easily understood spoken and written English. Our clients are US founders, and every call has to be effortless for them to follow. The whole job runs through your communication, so this one is non-negotiable.
- Available 9am–5pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday




- Can direct a creative team and hold a quality bar — you catch what's wrong with an ad or a page before the client does

Nice to have: experience with coaches, agencies, consultants, or other high-ticket service businesses, plus media-buying literacy and direct-response copy chops.

The deal

$3,000/month base plus a monthly performance bonus tied to how well your clients perform — typically another $1,000–$3,000 per month, uncapped. Strong CSMs clear $3k+/month, and because the bonus follows client results, there is no ceiling: the better your clients do, the more you make, every month.
