Reporting to the Head of Quality, Governance and Support Services, your role includes supporting training programs and maintaining records within competency management systems.

Your contributions will facilitate compliance with apprenticeship and plant risk management systems, ensuring operational success. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee coordination of training providers and venues
- Facilitate project-specific training and inductions
- Maintain accurate training calendars and registers
- Create and manage competency profiles in systems
- Prepare thorough compliance reports regularly Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Solid background in compliance and training management
- Excellent communication and planning abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
