Role Description The Construction Project Manager at Bath Tune-Up South Calgary is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing bathroom remodeling projects from initial planning through completion. This role coordinates project schedules, manages subcontractors and suppliers, and ensures work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project scopes, preparing estimates, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that arise on-site or with clients.

Qualifications

- Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Project Management skills.
- Experience with project scheduling and coordination, demonstrating effective Project Coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Construction Management practices, including working with trades, permits, and site safety.
- Solid Budgeting skills, with the ability to manage costs, review estimates, and track financial performance.
- Relevant experience in residential remodeling or construction, ideally in bathroom or interior renovation projects.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide clear updates remotely.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and timelines.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital project management platforms; valid driver’s license and ability to visit local sites when required.
- Post-secondary education or technical training in construction management, project management, or a related field is an asset.
