In this role within the Engineering and Transportation Services Department, you will report to the General Manager/City Engineer. You will provide oversight for key construction initiatives, managing a cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring effective delivery of municipal infrastructure. Your expertise will be vital in upholding safety standards and ensuring projects align with community growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the engineering construction program and quality controls • Lead a team of engineers, project managers,



and support staff • Engage with planning teams to align on strategic initiatives • Develop and present detailed reports for council reviews • Ensure adherence to relevant construction regulations

Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field • Registration as a Professional Engineer or CET with OACETT • Experience leading infrastructure projects in a municipal setting • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Current Class “G” driver’s license in good standing
