The CI Leader will foster engagement and implement the Saputo Operation Excellence System. This position requires a balance of analytical skills and leadership, ensuring that improvement goals are met effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the implementation of IoTORQ systems
- Ensure accurate measurement of OEE
- Engage in root cause analyses for performance issues
- Develop future performance master plans
- Monitor plant improvement initiatives collaboratively Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years in manufacturing settings
- Robust commitment to CI practices and leadership
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
