As a Corporate Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a strong compliance environment that protects clients, guides Advisor Teams, and strengthens confidence in the services we deliver. What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Corporate Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and applying clear compliance policies and procedures across Advisor offices;
- Reviewing and approving new accounts through a strong client-focused and compliance-oriented lens;
- Supervising trades, advice, and registered activities in accordance with applicable regulatory expectations;
- Identifying, following up on, and escalating matters requiring further review or corrective action;
- Providing education, insight, and practical guidance to strengthen advisor and field practices;

What Could Help Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:

- Is recognized for their sound judgment and ability to interpret regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence;
- Stands out for their strong knowledge of the mutual fund industry and applicable regulatory requirements;
- Demonstrates a client-focused and service-oriented approach when providing compliance guidance;




- Is known for their ability to build strong relationships and provide practical guidance to advisors and internal partners;
- Has two to three years of compliance supervision experience and three to five years of experience in the mutual fund industry;
- Holds a university degree, preferably, or an equivalent post-secondary education;
- Has completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course, preferably with ETF and Exempt Market competencies, or the Canadian Securities Course;
- Has completed the Branch Managers Course;

The typical hiring range for this position is 58 422$ to 92 583$ CAD per year. The offered base salary may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
