We are looking for a DTC Creative Strategist who understands direct response marketing, customer behavior, and how to develop high performing ad creatives.

Position We Are Hiring For

We are hiring a full time Creative Strategist to lead the strategy behind our paid social creatives.

You will work closely with our media buyers, video editors, and designers to develop, test, and improve creative concepts that drive performance.

What You’ll Do

- Develop weekly creative briefs for video and static ads
- Research and develop new hooks, angles, concepts, and messaging
- Write ad copy, scripts, and headlines
- Analyze creative performance and identify what to test and iterate next
- Research customer pain points, desires, objections, competitors, and market trends
- Lead the creative testing process for existing and new products
- Work closely with editors, designers,



and media buyers to continuously improve creative performance

Basic Requirements

- Full time availability
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- Proven experience with U.S. DTC ecommerce brands
- Strong knowledge of direct response marketing
- Experience developing high performing paid social creatives
- Robust understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising
- Strong copywriting, scripting, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to turn performance data and customer insights into new creative ideas
