In this dual-role capacity, you will be responsible for managing daily inventory of tooling, cutting inserts, shop supplies, and raw materials, while also handling incoming and outgoing shipments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing workplace, and familiarity with precision tooling.

Responsbilities will include

- Issue, receive, and track specialized tooling (end mills, inserts, holders, measuring equipment) using our inventory management system (Plex).
- Inspect incoming shipments, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, and processing outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, monitor stock thresholds, and reorder standard shop supplies proactively.
- Maitain a clean and organized tool crib and receiving area, and coordinate the sharpening, repair,



or replacement or worn tooling.
- Act as primary point of contact for machinists and toolmakers, quicky locating and supplying required parts to minimize machine downtime.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a tool & die shop, machine shop or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Robust working knowledge of CNC tooling cutting materials (carbide, high-speed steel), and precision measuring instruments.
- Proficient with inventory software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
