- Assist clients with daily activities and hygiene needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and resident rights policies
- Facilitate positive social interactions for residents
- Implement the resident-centered approach in care delivery
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Requirements:
- Completed an approved PSW course in Ontario
- Prior experience in long-term care is an asset
- CPR certification must be current
- Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority preferred
