The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

- 44 hours per week
- Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 10 am- 9 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience with TRACKER IS A MUST
- Minimum of 2 years experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an assist




- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
