We are seeking an experienced DevOps / SRE Engineer to build, automate, and support high-availability AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for critical payment and financial platforms. This role combines hands-on DevOps automation with L2/L3 production support to drive system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- CI/CD &
- Automation:

Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and script operational tasks with Python / Bash / PowerShell.
- Cloud &
- IaC: Architect, provision, and maintain secure AWS environments using Terraform (IaC), containerized apps (Docker, ECS/EKS), and core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Production Support &
- Incident Management: Provide L2/L3 production support for banking applications, participate in on-call rotations,



drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and execute deployment releases/rollbacks.
- Observability &
- SRE: Monitor platforms and respond to alerts using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk to enhance system resilience and minimize downtime.

Key Requirements

- Cloud &
- IaC:

Hands-on AWS expertise & Terraform.
- DevOps &
- Containers: GitHub Actions (or Jenkins/GitLab CI), Docker, and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS).
- Support &
- Scripting: Solid background in L2/L3 Production Support / SRE and automation scripting (Python / Bash).
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Payments, Cards, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
