: Reporting to the Manager, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients living with diabetes, including nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutritional care plans, nutrition counseling, evaluation of care outcomes and arrangement for follow up care as required. The Dietitian acts as a nutrition consultant amongst an interdisciplinary care team. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
- Dietetic Internship certificate

Other Information

- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)
