Company Description Active Leaders of Love (ALL) is a community-focused organization dedicated to advancing accessibility across Ontario through advocacy and leadership. The team identifies social and economic barriers that limit access to resources, information, and support for community members. By collaborating with residents, partners, and local leaders, ALL works to ensure these barriers are recognized, addressed, and reduced.
The organization is committed to creating conditions for fair and equitable access as a fundamental right, not a privilege. Volunteers at ALL contribute directly to meaningful change in how communities experience inclusion and accessibility.
Role Description The Digital and Channels Lead – Volunteer will oversee ALL’s digital presence and communication channels in a remote capacity. This role includes developing and executing digital strategies that increase awareness of ALL’s mission, managing social media and other online platforms, and coordinating content publishing schedules. The volunteer will analyze engagement data to improve campaigns, collaborate with team members to support advocacy initiatives, and ensure consistent, accessible messaging across all channels.
Day-to-day tasks may involve planning digital campaigns, drafting and reviewing posts, monitoring online interactions,
and recommending new tools or approaches to enhance ALL’s digital reach. This is a volunteer role that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape how ALL connects with communities online. 5 hours per week is the ask.
