McLeish Orlando LLP is a renowned personal injury law firm based in Toronto, Ontario, known for its excellence in providing legal representation and support to individuals and families affected by serious accidents and wrongful death.

The firm is expanding its digital capabilities and strengthening how prospective clients discover, engage with, and build trust in the firm online. We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator / Analyst to support the Director, Digital Marketing & Strategy in executing the firm’s multichannel digital roadmap across owned, earned, and paid channels.

This role will help drive organic growth, improve website performance, support content and campaign execution, and ensure the accuracy of digital analytics and performance reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and content contributors, the successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into well-executed marketing activities and measurable digital outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing fundamentals with analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to build experience across SEO, content, paid media, analytics, CRM, social media, and digital performance management within a collaborative professional-services environment.

What You Will Do

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

· Support the execution of the firm’s digital marketing roadmap across SEO, content, website enhancements, email marketing, social media, and paid media.

· Translate digital marketing priorities into transparent tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

· Conduct market, audience, competitor, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

· Support project coordination, documentation, workflow management, and the preparation of digital planning materials.

· Stay informed on digital marketing trends, technologies, and practices relevant to legal and professional services.

Website Management, SEO & User Experience

· Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the firm’s website to improve user experience, engagement, accessibility, and organic visibility.

· Perform routine website audits to identify broken links, content gaps, technical issues, layout inconsistencies, accessibility needs, and mobile responsiveness concerns.

· Coordinate website updates, fixes, and technical enhancements with internal stakeholders and external development partners.

· Assist with keyword research, metadata updates, content optimization, internal linking, structured data, and other on-page SEO activities.

· Monitor website health, organic search performance, and user behaviour to identify practical improvement opportunities.

Content Marketing & Digital Communications

· Collaborate with lawyers, students, and external partners to draft, update, and optimize digital content, including blogs, resource hubs, press releases, case results, and success stories.

· Support the development and maintenance of content calendars aligned with search demand,



strategic priorities, and timely topics.

· Ensure content accuracy, brand voice consistency, editorial quality, and alignment with SEO and compliance requirements.

· Coordinate the publication process, including formatting, image sourcing, content management system updates, and quality checks.

· Analyze content performance and recommend updates that improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Operations

· Support paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing activities by preparing assets, tracking links, audiences, keywords, landing-page pairings, and campaign updates.

· Monitor campaign delivery and performance across click-through rates, conversions, cost metrics, and landing-page outcomes.

· Gather and analyze channel data to identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and recommended next steps.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with firm priorities, brand standards, and target audiences.

Analytics, Reporting & Attribution

· Prepare monthly and ad hoc digital performance reports across GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, social platforms, Lead Docket, email, and other analytics tools.

· Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies affecting tracking, measurement, or attribution.

· Support dashboards that connect marketing activity to lead quality, consultations, referrals, and file openings.

· Assist with the implementation, testing, and verification of tracking tags, pixels, events, and campaign parameters.

· Translate performance data into clear insights and practical recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.

Email Marketing & CRM

· Manage the end-to-end newsletter workflow, including segmentation, template design, content assembly, approvals, deployment, and reporting.

· Monitor opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and audience engagement, and recommend improvements to content, timing, and segmentation.

· Assist with automated email journeys, audience management, CRM data quality, and marketing automation initiatives.

· Maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and communication quality across email and CRM touch points.

Social Media & Brand Engagement

· Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.

· Adapt tone, format, copy, and creative to reflect platform practices and audience expectations.

· Monitor engagement, audience activity, trending topics, and content performance to improve organic reach.

· Support community management, online reputation activities, and responses to interactions where appropriate.

Brand, Advertising & Event Marketing





· Support the creation of digital and print advertising materials aligned with the firm’s brand and campaign objectives.

· Maintain brand consistency across marketing assets, templates, presentations, digital content, and communications.

· Create promotional materials for events, webinars, sponsorships, and community initiatives across social media, email, and the website.

· Produce post-event recaps and follow-up communications that extend engagement and reinforce the firm’s market presence.

· Maintain firm profiles across relevant directories, legal platforms, and digital discovery channels, and support backlink-building initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, campaign effectiveness, digital measurement, and lead generation.

· Evaluate practical uses of AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies that can improve content, reporting, and digital operations.

· Recommend process improvements that strengthen execution, collaboration, data quality, and performance visibility.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, content marketing, SEO, paid media, communications, or a related role.

· Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, website performance, and content management principles.

· Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.

· Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related digital marketing and analytics platforms.

· Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Flodesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

· Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative tools is considered an asset.

· Experience in legal, professional services, healthcare, or another regulated environment is considered an asset.

· Curious, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn within a high-performing team.

Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.
