DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We're looking for an experienced, data-savvy and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the relationship and digital strategy for an exciting and diverse group of clients. As a leader in our digital marketing team, you will be coordinating a powerhouse team of ad strategists, SEO experts, content writers, social media mavens, designers and developers to provide your clients with successful campaigns, reports and results.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage clients' online marketing strategies to achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Retain top customers, increase client traffic and engagement and nurture key relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service through regular email communication and virtual meetings.
- Manage each account within its agreed scope, budget, deliverables and timelines.
- Lead client and team meetings with a clear agenda.
- Strategize with the digital marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate all initiatives to achieve on-time deliverables to clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations.

Keys To Success In This Role:

- Experience in managing or doing any of the following: SEO, ad management, social media, content strategies, graphic design and web development.
- Copywriting or editing experience is an asset.
- Take ownership of your accounts, from strategy through to results.
- Be resourceful, make decisions, and independently problem-solve.
- Proactively approach tasks, team support and client success.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and your team,



both verbal and written.
- Build strong working relationships with many different departments and personnel.
- Work well independently and in a virtual, team-focused environment.
- Stay organized under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital account management.
- Proven experience managing accounts to scope, budget and hours.
- Strong marketing strategy skills, constantly exploring new marketing opportunities and growth.
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp or similar tools.

Job Details

- Starting salary $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
- Remote work. Must be based in Lower Mainland, Okanagan or Calgary.
- Benefits after a 3-month probationary period
- 40 hours per week full-time (or flex 30 - 35 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule, half-day Fridays and long weekend birthdays!
