Mission
The Mel Jr. & Marty Zajac Foundation seeks a Director of Camp Operations & Recreation to lead Zajac Ranch, Mission, BC, year-round.
You will oversee medical summer camps, recreation, rentals, guest hospitality, and staff leadership to deliver secure, high-quality experiences for campers, families, and volunteers. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate facilities, food service, schedules, and program development, maintain safety standards, and recruit and supervise staff.
