About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities for young children.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, play time, and meal times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning environment.
- Engage children in interactive learning experiences, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.




- Provide support with basic needs, such as assisting with toileting, handwashing, and managing classroom transitions.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred.
- A foundational understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and patient personality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
