As the Site Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all operations of Sentrimax's MRO facility. This senior-level position requires significant leadership experience, including a robust focus on safety, quality, and customer engagement. Your ability to manage budgets and drive cross-departmental collaboration will be pivotal in meeting our operational goals and maintaining ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Take ownership of daily operations and site performance • Set up and monitor key performance indicators • Lead staff training and development initiatives • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols • Manage supplier relationships and inventory control

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or business • 10+ years in role with multi-disciplinary teams • Proven track record in safety and quality management • Familiarity with ERP systems and operational metrics • Experience in managing customer relationships and expectations
