What You’ll Do

- Leadership: Mentor and develop the electrical team to achieve high standards.

- Operations: Oversee daily electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

- Optimization: Implement process improvements to maximize plant efficiency and reliability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

What You Offer

- Experience:



Minimum 5 years as an industrial electrician, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PLCs, automation systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment.

- Education: Interprovincial electrical license or post-secondary education is an asset.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
