IgnitED Rotational Program (Summer 2027)

Launch your construction career with the EllisDon IgnitED Rotational Program, a unique 12 to 16-month student opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of the construction industry. Starting in Summer 2027 in our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) office, students will complete a series of four-month rotations with different construction teams, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Through rotations in areas such as project management, in office operations and logistics, estimating, and scheduling, participants will develop a well-rounded understanding of how construction projects are planned, delivered, and successfully completed. The IgnitED Rotational Program is designed to accelerate learning, build industry knowledge, and help students discover where their interests and strengths align within the construction industry.

As a Student in our Rotational Program, you will:

- Complete three 4-month internship rotations with different teams: Summer 2027, Fall 2027, and Winter 2028.





- Have the option to complete an additional Summer 2028 internship term.

- Gain exposure to the construction industry and learn how different teams contribute to delivering major projects.

- Get hands-on site experience across a variety of EllisDon projects.

- Build your professional network by engaging with business leaders and industry professionals.

Qualifications

- Must be enrolled in a long-term internship program and have at least 12 months of availability.

- Demonstrated passion for the construction industry and interest in building a career in this field.

- Enrollment in an Engineering, Science, or Business program is considered an asset.
