In this Mid-Level role, you will report directly to the Project Electrical Area lead. Your responsibilities include managing engineers and subcontractors, coordinating with various disciplines, and ensuring timely project execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to nuclear project procedures and specifications • Develop and oversee inspection and test plans • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Review project progress and productivity reports regularly • Direct project teams to minimize delays and enhance execution
Requirements: • 10 to 15 years of experience in electrical construction • 10 years managing large-scale projects in energy sector • Electrical engineering degree preferred • Robust project control and communication skills • Knowledge of safety practices in construction
