This role involves maintaining a clean environment, assisting mill operators with their daily tasks, and performing minor equipment maintenance. This position allows you to contribute to our commitment to operational excellence and safety by being an essential support within the mill. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mill plant
- Assist mill operators with crushing circuit maintenance
- Help change screens and rollers for safety
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Cover for Mill Operators during absences Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent is essential
- 1-3 years’ experience in mining or related fields preferred
- Must be able to perform physical tasks lifting 50 lbs
- Valuable verbal communication skills a must
