Academy Travels is looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent to join our team in Toronto.

The ideal candidate has robust hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS and is confident managing flight reservations and ticketing independently.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience with Amadeus GDS
- Strong experience with flight reservations, ticketing, reissues and cancellations
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, fare rules and booking procedures
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and travel arrangements professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
