Become a key player in fundraising with the Canadian Opera Company as a Senior Development Officer, specializing in Major Gifts within a dynamic hybrid setting. This role focuses on acquiring high-capacity donors who are new to the COC, blending strategic cultivation with donor relationship management. As you report to the Director of Major Gifts, you’ll harness your deep industry experience to inspire commitment to the COC’s mission and develop a new generation of opera supporters.

You will also mentor junior staff in effective fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities:
