Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a contract-based, client-facing role serving businesses throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We are looking for someone who is exceptional at building connections, identifying business problems, consulting with clients, and turning those conversations into meaningful solutions. This is not a traditional sales role—you must be able to understand how a business operates, identify what is holding it back, and confidently explain how World AI Group’s AI-powered solutions can help.

The successful candidate must be based in the GTA and be willing to travel to meet clients in their assigned region. You will conduct in-person meetings, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, identify opportunities, present solutions, follow up with prospects, and manage the sales process from initial conversation through closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build solid, genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Quickly understand a client's business, challenges, goals, and opportunities.
- Use a consultative sales approach rather than simply selling a product.
- Ask the right questions and identify the underlying business problem.
- Present customized AI and business growth solutions based on each client's needs.




- Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations throughout the GTA.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM.
- Work closely with the internal team to develop solutions that address client needs.
- Stay current with AI, technology, marketing, and business growth trends.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology, AI, consulting, or business services is an asset.
- Strong understanding of business operations and commercial decision-making.
- Comfortable learning and explaining AI-powered business solutions.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
