About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in financial services to support business-critical banking operations, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, automate manual processes, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and investigate financial and operational data issues using SQL and Python.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support business users by resolving data-related and system-related issues.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, technology, and data teams.
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Production Support Analyst.
- Solid SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, and process automation.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Investment Banking environments.
