In this full-time role, the Shop Foreman will lead the team at the Brandt Agriculture dealership, ensuring productive workflow and high-quality service delivery.

This position requires overseeing job assignments, reviewing repair accuracy, and facilitating technician training. You will also have the prospect to act as the Service Manager when required. Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate work orders to service staff as per skill
- Review and appraise incoming repair orders
- Act as a liaison for technician inquiries
- Conduct training for in-house technicians
- Manage safety meetings and ensure compliance Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Service Technician
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Experience with agriculture equipment diagnostics
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
