Role Description

Altevere is seeking a Fractional CEO Advisor with a background in Energy and Natural Resources. As Canada rolls out its $1 trillion economic investment agenda, energy and resource SMEs are scaling quickly and need seasoned leadership to keep pace. In this remote, contract role, you will work alongside founders, CEOs, and boards to set strategy,



drive execution, guide capital decisions, and strengthen governance. Your experience across industries lets you bring fresh perspective to each client.

Qualifications

- CEO or equivalent executive experience, with a robust foundation in energy, natural resources, or critical minerals• Diverse cross-industry background and the range to lead across different business models
- Proven track record driving growth, operational performance, and organizational change
- Experience working with boards, investors, and key stakeholders
