The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role at the senior level; • Have significant experience in development projects carried out in agile mode; • Master software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns; • Have in-depth knowledge of C#, GitHub, SQL, RESTful APIs, SOAP services (CXF), CI/CD pipelines, Concourse, and Angular; • Have a positive knowledge of development and integration environments; • Demonstrate experience with cloud concepts; • Demonstrate curiosity and continuous learning; • Identify problems and obstacles and propose solutions to work around them; • Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders; • Manage priorities with rigor, autonomy and organizational skills; • Engage team members, foster collaboration and actively contribute to the achievement of common goals; • Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
