- You Will
- ● Work directly with the founding team to design, ship, and iterate on core product features end to end ● Architect performant web applications using TypeScript and Next.js on the Full stack basis
- ● Make foundational technical decisions — from infrastructure and tooling to coding standards and deployment pipelines
- ● Design and build agentic AI systems that autonomously execute legal workflows, using tools like Cursor and Claude Code
- ● Own projects from concept through delivery with minimal hand-holding
- ● Help define what we build, who we hire, and how we work

What We're Looking For

● 2 years of professional software engineering experience

● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python

● Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

● Experience with agent frameworks (Mastra, EVE, Pi) and production agent orchestration





● Familiarity with Harness-style agent design principles (e.g., reliable tool use, observability/evaluation, and protected autonomy)

● Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns

● Comfortable with testing practices (unit, integration, e2e) and CI/CD

● Self-motivated and able to run independently in an early-stage environment

● Great communication skills across design, engineering, and business contexts

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice to Haves

● Next.js, Electron

● Experience building LLM-integrated or agentic AI products

● Background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)

● Track record of shipping a product from zero to one
