As Facilities Coordinator, you will supervise maintenance and repairs across the Clubhouse and other buildings, supporting health and safety compliance alongside improvement projects. Your proactive nature will help maintain the stunning aesthetics and operational excellence of our grounds.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate repairs • Implement preventative maintenance plans and track progress • Engage with contractors for quality control of work performed • Keep accurate records and manage facility inventories • Assist with safety drills and emergency preparedness plans
Requirements: • Solid experience in facilities or property management • Working knowledge of various repair systems • Robust administrative skills and tech-savviness • Valid driver's licence with clean driving history • Background in hospitality or property management is a plus
