Customer and Client Satisfaction

- To be polite, professional and welcoming at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times

Health, Safety and Quality Assurance

- Know elements of the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) binder and QA Standards and Solutions manual and where to get needed information
- To report H&S;/QA safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses
- To promote good Health Safety and QA safety habits and methods of work; record keeping as necessary
- To operate equipment/machinery as shown and trained to do so,



ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with current regulations and company policies
- Complete and attend all HS& and QA training
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment

Operational Excellence Personnel

- To wear a clean, pressed and correctly worn uniform including name badge everyday
- To wear all appropriate and company regulated PPE’s, including but not limited to non-slip shoes and cut resistant glove/s
- Follow all Quality Assurance Guidelines for personal cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow all Quality Assurance Guidelines for workplace cleanliness

- Assist with any reasonable task as assigned by a manager or Supervisor

Preparation

- Follow all guidelines for food preparation; recipe adherence; brand standard adherence
- To receive stock, store and check for quality and quantity; ensuring that all stock is dated and rotated
- To prepare all necessary food items in a timely manner
- To operate all necessary equipment required to produce items in a protected manner, and to standard

Service

- Must be able to speak fluently in the English language.

- To serve customers with visually appealing products, hot/cold food and beverages during service times
- To maintain Brand Standards, whether internal or external brands.
- To operate all equipment required in service in a safe manner and to standard
- To attend appropriate Brand Standards Training
- To accept payment and give change to customers, including operating a till in accordance to all cash handling procedures
- To ensure all workspaces, displays, counters, sneeze guards and seating areas (if applicable) are clean and free of debris
- To observe and comply with all company and unit procedures relating to cash handling and security, reporting any issues to your manager

General Housekeeping

- To ensure work station/s are kept clean, washed and sanitized.
- To ensure all necessary equipment used in the preparation for and service of customers is kept clean, washed and sanitized
- To ensure all garbage and cardboard is deposited in the assigned areas
- To maintain overall cleanliness as appropriate.
