Provide compassionate therapeutic support as a Full time Therapist in the Youth Support Services program, focusing on community-based family and youth counselling. Specialize in trauma and addiction. Working on a contract basis until September 2027, you will help youth navigate challenges through clinical interventions and case management strategies.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and community organizations, aiming for a holistic approach to therapy for adolescents. Your expertise in crisis management and treatment modalities will be essential in guiding change for both youth and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively
- Collaborate with families to ensure comprehensive care




- Monitor participants’ well-being and assess risks
- Develop individualized discharge and safety plans
- Offer administrative support with student placements Requirements:
- Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years experience in psychotherapy with youth
- Certifications in First Aid and Non-violent Crisis Intervention
- Solid understanding of evidence-based counselling techniques
