SALARY: $104,341,802 to $115,000

Enterprise Brant is seeking an experienced, community-minded leader to serve as its next General Manager. This is a full time, permanent position based in Brantford.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager provides strategic, operational, financial, and community leadership for the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading and supporting staff, overseeing budgets and financial reporting, and ensuring the effective delivery of business advisory services, lending programs, and community economic development initiatives.

The General

Manager also supports the Loan Committee and Board with recommendations, risk analysis,



and portfolio updates, and builds strong relationships with entrepreneurs, municipalities, funders, and partners across the region.

The ideal candidate brings post-secondary education in business, finance, economic development, or a related field, along with proven experience in commercial lending or small business financing, progressive leadership in a nonprofit or economic development setting, and strong financial management skills. Experience working with a volunteer Board and a solid understanding of local and rural economies are also important.
