Become our Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor, overseeing compliance for two key manufacturing facilities. Foster a productive safety culture while ensuring alignment with OHSA and environmental regulations. Reporting directly to the Director, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory Compliance, your role includes essential elements of risk control, incident investigations, and program maintenance.

You’ll collaborate closely with managers and employees to enhance safety practices and drive strategic improvements in health and safety performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote robust HSE culture among employees and managers
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations
- Support training and develop internal safety programs
- Recommend continuous improvements and corrective actions Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge of OHSA and WHMIS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
